解其昌，男，1983年3月生，天津人。西南财经大学经济学博士，教授，硕士研究生导师，山东省优秀研究生导师，山东省社科理论重点研究基地生态经济与可持续发展研究基地研究员。主要研究方向为能源统计、碳金融统计与管理、金融计量与风险管理。
